MOULD DESIGN
* Mould Base: LKM mould base with steel 1.1730 will be used unless customer has other requirements.
* Mould Component: HASCO or DME equivalent component
* Hot Runner system: YUDO, HUSKY, MOULDMASTER, etc.
It need to take 3~5 days to finish the2D design of one mould. The standard procedure is as below, and the specific time for each mould design depends on the complexity of the part structure and how fast we can get feedback from customer.
